Barnes & Noble Bookfair

The PTA is proud to offer a fundraising event at Barnes & Noble, Route 10 East, Ledgewood.  Bring your holiday lists and help earn cash back for Ironia Elementary with each purchase you make.  Choose from a huge selection of books, calendars, gifts and more!  You may shop all day from 10 am – 10 pm with teaching readings scheduled from 4:30 pm – 7:00 pm.

 

While your child enjoys a story with his/her favorite teacher, enjoy some treats from the 5^th grade bake sale, have your purchases wrapped at the gift wrap table, view the Ironia artwork that will be displayed throughout the store or choose a book to purchase from the Ironia Library wish list table.  Be sure to sign your child’s name to our guest attendance.  The class with the highest attendance will receive a $25 Barnes & Noble gift card for their classroom library!  Ironia students may enter to win one of five $5 Barnes & Noble gift cards.

All students are invited to attend and listen to the Ironia staff as they share some of their favorite stories.  Please join us at 4:30pm as Dr. Copeland and Miss Fano kick off our readings.  Please review the list below to see when your favorite teacher is reading!

Ironia Library Wish List

Stop by the Ironia School Library wish list table.  Mrs. Lockwood will provide a list of books that may be added to the Ironia collection.  You may purchase a book and donate it to the school library on behalf of your child.  Please take the book home and have your child bring it to the school library.  Be sure to include your child’s name so we will know who to thank!

 

Gift Wrap Table

Have your purchases wrapped at the gift wrap table free of charge.  Save yourself a little extra time allow us to wrap for you!

 

5^th Grade Bake Sale

Eat while you shop.  Stop by the fifth grade bake sale table and purchase a snack.  Enjoy some special holiday treats and help the fifth grade earn money for their class gift to Ironia.  Our fifth grade students will be baking and working to support their class!

The Vermont Pancake House

 

Come enjoy a wonderful family dinner at The Vermont Pancake House -featuring Tweedles the Clown!  Be sure to see Tweedles and her balloon art and visit our gift shop featuring maple syrup and candies from Highland Sugarworks of Vermont.  Ironia will receive up to 20% of the night’s proceeds.

Fuddruckers

 

Where can you get the world’s greatest hamburgers!  Enjoy the burger of your choice fixed the way that you like it at Fuddruckers!  Kids can play games in the arcade and choose a fresh baked cookie from the bakery.  Bring your appetites and let’s have some fun!  Ironia will receive 15% of the night’s proceeds.

*Please clip the vouchers for Barnes & Noble, The Vermont Pancake House and Fuddruckers from the PTA newsletter.  Be sure to hand the voucher to the cashier/server at checkout to ensure that Ironia receives a percentage of the day’s proceeds.  Last year the PTA earned over $1,000!

 

**Don’t forget to order your Panther Cash cards.   The Ironia PTA will earn an additional 9% for all Barnes & Noble cards purchased.  Please visit the PTA website to view the retailers list and order form.  The next Panther Cash deadline is November 24, 2008.
