To encourage and support the love of reading in
our children, Ironia students |

will participate in the Ironia Reading Train
silent reading program each |

Friday from 9:10 am -
9:30 am.
All students are asked to bring one or two |
|
books and sit with their class in the hallway
and read silently. Ironia staff |
|
|
members will model appropriate silent reading
etiquette. Welcome

Box Tops Contest |

The Ironia PTA will sponsor a fall Box Tops
Contest from Monday, |

|

October 5 - Friday, October 9. Please be sure to send all Box Tops, Acme |

receipts, Tyson labels, Campbell's Soup labels
and milk caps. All items will |
|
be collected in each homeroom. Each item is worth one point and the |
|
|
homeroom with the most total points will
receive a "special treat" for |
|
|
each student!
